The product principle.
We do not promise to make an ex return, prescribe a universal healing timeline or turn a painful process into a score. The app’s job is concrete: make the space visible, give unsent words a private place and add friction when contact becomes automatic.
How a guide earns a page.
- The question appears in real search results or repeated user language.
- The page can provide original utility—not only paraphrase other articles.
- Claims are checked against primary or authoritative sources where evidence is relevant.
- Uncertainty, study limitations and safety exceptions stay visible.
- The product is mentioned only when it can continue the task on the page.
Authorship and review.
Guides are researched and maintained by the No Contact editorial team. We do not invent clinician bylines. No Contact is not a medical publisher; content does not diagnose, treat or replace professional care. Every guide shows its substantive review date and source notes.
Corrections and product support.
If a factual statement, translation or product description is wrong, email support@aeapps.com with the page URL and the correction. We review substantive changes and update the visible review date only when the page has actually changed.
